Our Products
we are building an extensive range of modified heads for many popular engines used in road, trackday and race cars. All heads go through the same rigorous process to produce outstanding flow and performance. Each head is fully gas flowed and is fully balanced across all cylinders. We offer the standard CNC head and an additional service to hand finish the surface of the ports. This gives the final 1 CFM of flow.
We stand by the performance claims for our heads and provide full details of the flow performance of our heads. We believe the performance and quality of our heads cannot be beaten and our prices are very much less than a hand ported head which, in any case, would not perform as well. We do the up front development to create the ultimate performance head.

Exchange Surcharge
Exchange costs are simple and is standard practice for many automotive parts based on used parts. If you order a head from us, we normally require your existing cylinder head in exchange. We charge the exchange fee in addition to the cost of the new head. When we receive your head and it is checked and accepted, we credit your credit card with the exchange fee. If you don't have a head to exchange we charge the exchange fee in addition to the head price.
Taping service
After the re-profiling process in the CNC machine where the port is reshaped to within 50 microns of the original, "Taping" is the process of final finishing of the ports. The finish straight from the CNC machine is superbly smooth, visually and to the touch (as the photo's on this site show) and performs to within 99% of the original master. In search of perfection, we found we were able to gain a slight improvement in flow (back to 100% of the original master head) by a further stage of honing. This process involves using an abrasive tape (hence the name "Taping") and other specialist tools to redress the surface of the port. The benefit is a slightly better gas flow and a reduced risk of fuel condensation on the port wall. If you are looking for the ultimate performance from your head, you can do no better than one of our taped heads.

In development
In addition to the above we have the following heads in development and will be releasing details shortly. If you have any enquiries about these heads, please call and we will be happy to give further details. We are happy to take immediate orders on these heads and give advance production dates if required.
Don't see a head for your engine ?
We also provide a full gas flowing service for your head. We will run your head through our full development process to get the very best from your head. We give full before/after comparison data from our flow bench. Give your engine a new lease of life or make it competitive for any modern or classic race series. Prices will vary according to work required (a 6 cylinder engine would require more work than a 4 cylinder head for instance). Call us for details.
Head copying service
Do you need your cylinder head copied and re-manufactured ? Are you an engine builder with your own market for heads ? Perhaps you have just damaged a head you know to work well but cannot repair. Our scanning and CNC machines can replicate your head exactly - call for details.
V6 and V8 race engine specialist
we have years of experience in building and racing V6 and V8 race engines at the highest level in the UK. We have designed and built our own cylinder heads to improve performance and resolve heat spot/cooling issues. Also suitable for some road applicaions (e.g. TVR V6 Essex engined cars) our custom heads give the ultimate track performance - a proven winning formula for track sucess.

We also supply to trade and are open to suggestions to put any head in to full production.
