Welcome to the CNC heads website

Our mission is simple : To offer the the best performing gas flowed cylinder head using state of the art technology and our race engine expertise to design, replicate and manufacture the very best head for your race or road car.

All our gas flowed cylinder heads are precisely manufactured for maximum efficiency and performance. We invest extensively in developing the very best possible head. We measure the flow precisely and test power output on our own Engine Dynometer. We are proud of our results and publish the flow figures for each head. Using our scanning technology and CNC engineering machines we are able to replicate our high performance optimum design. This technolology enables us to predict the potential horsepower gains made possible by fitting the head to your engine.

We manufacture to incredible accuracy using latest CNC technology which ensures each head produced is identical and each cylinder in the head performs the same as the others in the engine. The major benefit to you is performance, cost and quality. Properly gas flowing and modifying a head is very time consuming and hence very expensive. We optimise one head type once then scan and replicate the design exactly. The results are identical to the original modified head but the cost is very much less.

This site will show our products and our technology in detail allowing you to judge the quality of our products. Our heads are suitable for fast road, track day or racing. Racing is in our blood and our race car success is a testement to our thorough development and design philospohy. We are now able to offer high performance gas flowed cylinder heads to the public at a very much reduced price.

Our gas flowed cylinder heads are suitable for fast road cars, track day cars or race cars. We provide full details of flow and expected horsepower. Horse power ratings are provided based on good engine condition and other inlet and exhaust criteria. See our data sheets on individual cylinder heads for more details.

Fitting a gas flowed head to your engine is the next stage in improving performance after exhaust and fueling/ignition changes. Your engine will never reach its full potential with a standard head which will restrict flow of fuel and air in to the engine and restrict its output. Are you ready for the next stage ?

We are always happy to discuss the details of fitting one of our heads. All heads are available on an exchange basis and are excellent value for money. If you prefer, we can fit your cylinder head for you and carry out any modification right up to full race engine build and test on our 1000 BHP engine dynometer.
